Venture Global applies to list on NYSE

(Reuters) -Venture Global has applied to list its Class A common stock on NYSE under the symbol “VG”, according to a company filing on Friday.

The LNG company said Goldman Sachs & Co (NYSE:GS)., J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, ING, RBC Capital Markets, Scotiabank (TSX:BNS) and Mizuho (NYSE:MFG) are among the underwriters for its initial public offering (IPO).

In November, Reuters reported that the company was planning to raise about $3 billion from its IPO in New York.
